This lady's 3 year old wanted to know why the lady on the toilet signs only had one leg when the man had two. James' answer made her giggle.

On toilet door signs, why does the female have one leg and the man have two?

Its not that the lady has only one leg its that the lady has two legs held close together and the man has his spread apart, probably to make them easier to distinguish between.
