Mark Small from Baker Small received an earful on Shelagh Fogarty’s show from Lisa - who was fighting the local authority to send her autistic son to a different school.
Mark defeated that case in court - and came under fire for ‘gloating’ tweets about the case afterwards. Lisa said the case has severely affected her son - who now refuses to go to school.
But the fascinating exchange needed in a unexpected turn of fate as Mark accepted too represent her pro-bono is her ongoing appeal against the local authority.
