Nigel Farage insists he is not looking for a seat at Peterborough's by-election in a bid to become an MP after a newspaper article claimed he was planning a return to frontline politics.
The former UKIP leader labelled an article in which it was claimed he was ready to launch a campaign to become an MP as "fake news".
Nigel Farage said: "All I can say, is that I don't know who your sources are but you got the wrong ones.
"It's completely and utterly untrue!
"In fact, Donald would call it 'fake news'!"
