New stats have shown that immigrant children are out-performing native Brits in primary schools. Nick Ferrari asks: How have British parents let this slip?
The Department for Education released statistics yesterday stating that children who have English as their second language are performing better at grammar, punctuation, spelling and maths.
Following the shock revelation, Nick has a message for British parents: "What does that say about some of our parenting here? What does that say about the drive of immigrant families to ensure their children pick up? That's incredible."
He went on: "It's terrible how English families have let this slip."
