"I don't see how a thank you could be so political." Katie Hopkins is proud to wear a poppy to remember those who gave their lives.
Talking on her LBC show she said that she does not believe that wearing a poppy is a political act.
“I don’t see it as a political statement, I see it as a mark of respect, of the debt that we know.”
“Too me the poppy is all about being united, it a way of saying thank you. That how I see it. It’s just a thank you. I don’t see how a thank you can be so political.”
