Hopkins: I Don't Get NHS Funding For HIV Drugs

Katie Hopkins doesn't understand why the NHS is planning to fund drugs that prevent people contracting HIV.
Talking on her LBC show she said that she can’t comprehend the funding of drugs that she says will allow people to be promiscuous.
"This to me is utterly bonkers. As you would expect if you haven't promised you a sex if you're having a lot of sex with a lot of different partners and you're not using protection, therefore the risk of transmitting other diseases sexually transmitted infections is still as high, if not higher."
"Are we surely not creating a situation where we're encouraging behaviour is that are not helpful to the population? Why would the taxpayer be wanting to pay for this when we're not able to afford, so many other things when the NHS is in financial crisis."
"Why would we be funding a drug so that promiscuous people are less at risk of HIV? Help me understand."
