O'Brien: This Is What Jeremy Hunt Is Getting Wrong

James O'Brien lets loose in a scorching analysis of just why Jeremy Hunt is getting it so wrong with junior doctors.
Opening his show with this compelling take on what the Health Secretary is getting wrong, James sums up the anger that junior doctors feel.
"Even when he uses the word weekend, when he's talking about death rates and casualties, he's actually talking about Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
"All of the numbers that he's brought forward and not confined to Saturday and Sunday.
"And of course you've never gone to a hospital on a Saturday or Sunday and found it closed. You've just found that it is not doing certain operations and certain treatments on the same level that it does on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
"But guess what? The rotas show that there are not enough doctors to cover the shifts across those five days at the moment.
"So to extend the demands upon an already inadequate pool of people, in an already inadequately resourced service...under every conceivable law of logic, that is bogus."
