James On Dangerous Dogs And Their Owners

After a three-year old tragically died following a dog attack, James O'Brien says its time for owners of dangerous breeds to take responsibility.
James said that those who try to argue that they can keep dangerous dogs must accept moral responsibility when the same breed kill humans.
James pondered the comment that "there are no such things as dangerous dogs, only dangerous owners."
"I kind of think that's a bit of a cop out now."
"Actually what dog owners, especially if you want the kind of breed that’s capable of this level of ferocity, even if you’re absolutely confident it will never indulge in it...you are accepting that people who aren’t as conscientious as me, will be responsible for the deaths of three year old boys in Essex on Friday mornings.
"If you can live with that it's fine, but I don't think it's fair for you to hide from the truth."
