James Despairs At How Holocaust Denial Went Mainstream Again

James says that Holocaust denial is simply the next step in the "slow rise of the far right" in Western politics.
Amidst an uproar about Holocaust denial books being sold on Amazon and categorised as "history", a despairing James took stock of how the deaths of millions of Jews, gypsies, homosexuals and more is now being called into question.
For him, it's all connected to the rise of the far right and the toxic impact that's had on political discourse.
"It just doesn't even surprise me any more. We're talking about it as if it's a news issue, as if it's a topic. Actual Holocaust denial.
"Holocaust denial, wow."
"Why? Because 'there's two sides to every story! And hey, what about the emails? Hillary Clinton's the lesser of two evils.' This is the door that we've opened.
"People can't see it. It would've been a miracle if Holocaust denial didn't appear in the news."
James continued: "Have a look at some of the things that some current residents of the White House have said in the past with regard to anti-Semitism and with regard to 'Jewish control of things'.
"And then tell me you're surprised that Holocaust denial is back on the news, mainstream agenda."
