This caller insisted that the political class are obsessed by minorities. So surely he can give James O'Brien just one example of when that's happened.
Greg in Edinburgh claimed that there was an obsession about identity politics, claiming that there is too much of a focus on minorities.
James asked for one example of when that has happened - and things got very awkward for Greg.
James told him: "You really have to get over this, because it's going to cause you so many problems.
"Your friends in Banff who don't know any Jews are being told the reason why their life is rubbish is because the political class is spending so much time obsessing about minorities. Give me one example."
Greg started: "Well, the fact that we're discussing..."
But James asked him again: "Just name one... the policy, the proposal, the idea that demonstrates too much attention is being paid to ethnic minorities and it's damaging the existence of your friends in Banff who don't know any Jews."
Greg tried again: "The very fact that we're discussing this..."
James then said: "So your friends in Banff who don't know any Jews are listening to this programme and their life is being diminished because...?"
Greg made one more attempt to give an example and you won't believe his answer... FISH!
