Iain Grills Chuka Over Brexit Work Claims

"You're talking complete and utter rubbish!" Iain Dale and Chuka Umunna don't see eye to eye on how Brexit will impact on workers' rights.
Umunna is one of a group of pro-EU MPs pushing for assurances that worker rights will be protected in the wake of the Brexit vote.
They want EU laws like the working time directive to be enshrined in British law.
But Umunna sparked quite a reaction from Iain when he joined the LBC presenter on air this morning.
Iain told the Labour MP: "The way you're talking, British workers had no employment rights - or very few employment rights - before we joined the EU. That is simply fantasy."
"I haven't said that," replied Umunna.
"That's the implication of what you've been saying. That's it all down to the EU that we have these rights, that is complete and utter rubbish."
Chuka fired back: "I am not saying that all your rights at work rely on EU law. That would be wrong. I know that is a fantasy.
"What I am saying is that there are some very important rights that you have at work which do. So please don't misinterpret what I said earlier in this interview."
