Who knew a row about tax could get SO heated?
Labour's John McDonnell today called for anyone earning over £1m to publish their tax returns. It prompted Iain to ask if it was a move that listeners would support.
Joshua phoned in and called for companies to pay tax on their turnover rather than their profits - something Iain found incredible.
"It's a lunatic proposal!" said the LBC presenter, who really didn't like it when Joshua went on to suggest that "some companies need to go out of business."
"What an arrogant thing to say!" responded Iain. "What do you say to the people who work in these businesses?
"Unbelievable! Unbelievable!"
Amazingly, the exchange just got sparkier from there - prompting us to wonder: who do you think is right?
