Danny’s brother was killed in Iraq at just 20 years old, in this clip he explains exactly why Donald Trump is wrong to expand military intervention in Afghanistan.
The US President u-turned on withdrawing US troops after announcing plans to increase solider numbers in the war-torn country on Monday evening.
The Republican warned a hasty withdrawal would leave a vacuum for terrorists to fill.
He's now pressuring Britain and other Nato members to send more troops to Afghanistan.
Almost 600 British soldiers are currently based where parts of the country has fallen back under Taliban control or influence.
Speaking to Iain Dale, Danny said Britain should “not be getting involved” in anymore wars.
He said: “You’re never going to be able to beat these people.
“Nobody in the history of war has ever won a war in Afghanistan or Iraq and I just feel putting more troops in there is not going to solve anything.”
He continued: “The best thing we could do is get everybody out of the country and don’t put anymore blood on Theresa May or past President’s hands.”
