Darren Adam explains why our newspapers' public shaming of MP Keith Vaz is wrong and misguided.

Talking on his LBC show he explained why the moral outrage directed at Vaz is wrong - when we accept politicians lying on policy issues.

“Why do we get more angry when politicians lie on personal matters rather than, say thinking about the referendum, clear lies on both sides?”

“Why are we not angry about those lies, like we are expected to be by newspapers?”
