Spanish Caller Confronts UKIP Leadership Hopefuls

Spanish caller Maria had some tough words for the UKIP leadership candidates, asking them how responsible they felt for the racism she's encountered after Brexit.
Maria confronted the potential leaders of the anti-EU party with the shocking abuse she has experienced since the EU referendum.
Peter Whittle tried to brush off her claims by saying that they were linked to the terrorist attacks which took place around the same time.
Maria hit back angrily; “I don’t look anything like that...when I open my mouth that’s when the abuse starts.”
“It’s all to do with you and your war on Europe, you created a war.”
Whittle responded: "This is ridiculous, we didn’t create a war.”
