Boris Johnson holds press conference on social care tax rise

Boris Johnson is holding a press conference with Rishi Sunak and health secretary Sajid Javid over health and social care funding.

He will discuss why the 1.2% National Insurance rise will be brought in - despite the Tory manifesto promising no tax rises.
