Two men die after plane crashes in Ireland

A light aircraft crashed in County Wexford this evening.
Emergency services and Gardai are at the scene of an aircraft accident in County Wexford.
The incident happened in the Gibletstown area, near Duncormick at around 5:45PM.
Initial reports from Gardai indicate that there are two casualties.
The Air Accident Investigation unit is at the scene and the Irish Aviation Authority has been notified.
The aircraft is believed to have taken off from an air field in the Taghmon area of Wexford, just minutes from the crash location, according to local reports.
Initial reports indicate that the small airplane exploded, either on impact with the ground or shortly beforehand, in a field.
