16 November 2016, 09:15 | Updated: 16 November 2016, 15:09
This is the touching Christmas advert to raise awareness of people with Alzheimer's Research.
Stephen Fry has voiced the animation for Alzheimer's Research UK, which asks the question: what if Father Christmas had dementia.
The aim is to raise awareness of the vital research done to try to cure dementia by the charity.
The charity says: "Do you believe we can defeat dementia?
"Alzheimer's disease is the most common cause of dementia, it can affect anyone, but everyone can play a part in fighting back this Christmas."
Broadcasting watchdogs have restricted the advert to being shown after 7.30pm due to concerns it would upset children.
