One injured following ‘chemical spillage' yards from Harrods in London

One person has been taken to hospital following 'chemical spillage' near Harrods in London.
Police rushed to the scene on Brompton Road shortly after 2.22pm this afternoon, assisted by the London Ambulance and Fire Service.
Officers have said the incident is not being treated as terror-related.
It is believed the incident took place at a Kuwaiti restaurant.
The London Fire Brigade said it was called to a single-storey restaurant and 15 members of staff had been evacuated before their arrival.
A further 27 people were evacuated from a block of flats nearby.
A spokesperson for the Met Police said: "Police were called at 14:22hrs on Wednesday, 30 October, to reports of a possible noxious substance having been spilled at a commercial venue on Brompton Road.
"Officers and London Ambulance Service are on scene.
"Cordons and closures are in place as a precaution while the nature of the chemical is established.
"The incident is ongoing."
