Police pin man to ground outside Parliament

A man has been forced to the ground by police outside the Houses of Parliament.
The man was surrounded by police outside Westminster Hall before being pinned to the ground.
Armed police remain on standby over the incident, just as thousands of protesters on the People's Vote march flood Parliament Square.
