New sighting of teenage girl who has been missing for nearly two weeks, as search continues

Police have uncovered another sighting of a teenage girl who has been missing for nearly two weeks.

Grace Fisher, 16, from the Kent town of Gillingham, went missing on Friday, October 13.

She was seen with a man in Chatham town centre between 6.30pm and 6.53pm that evening. A man in his 20s has subsequently been arrested.

Police said on Tuesday that there had been a further sighting of Grace between 9am and 9.20am on Saturday, October 14 in the Jackson’s Field area, near City Way in Rochester.

She was wearing a grey jumper with a black 'New York' emblem, black leggings and white Nike trainers.

Detective inspector Scott Relf said: "We are still very keen to speak to Grace to ensure she is safe and well and, if she is reading this, I urge her to get in touch with us.

"Following extensive enquiries we have identified the last sighting of her as being in the Jackson’s Field area.

"We are appealing to residents living around the park with private CCTV, and motorists with dashcam to check for footage that might show where Grace went from there."
