Ian Collins takes a very emotional call during a discussion about estranged parents, from a woman whose husband walked out and hasn't contacted them since.

"My sons didn't deserve that," said Betty, who was more upset that her boys had been abandoned by their dad than that her marriage had ended like that.

The call really made a mark on Ian, who couldn't imagine why a father would just leave his kids like that.
