Police have closed Vauxhall Bridge after a vehicle was left abandoned next to the MI6 building.
Specialist officers rushed to the central London crossing on Friday around 4pm after a silver car was spotted unattended.
The nearby bus station was also closed because of road closures.
A Met Police statement said: "Police are in attendance in Vauxhall Bridge, SE1 after a vehicle was found abandoned just before 4pm.

No arrests have been made. Bridge will be reopening shortly. Thanks for your patience."
