Thief Stuns Shoppers After Falling Through Aldi Ceiling In Botched Getaway

A bungling thief left shoppers stunned when he fell through the ceiling of an Aldi supermarket while trying to make his getaway.
Remarkable CCTV shows the shoplifter falling from the ceiling and then being detained by a staff member.
Seconds before the same worker managed to move one unsuspecting shopper out of the way.
It all unfolded inside the Kidderminster store on Sunday morning.
The local police force shared the video clip of the botched escape.
Writing on Twitter, Kidderminster Police said:”The getaway techniques of our shoplifters this morning could do with a little work.... No one injured – just a little surprised!"
