Murder probe after man in his 20s stabbed to death in north London

Police have launched a murder investigation after the fatal stabbing of a man in north London.
Officers were called just after 1pm today to reports of a stabbing in Enfield. Police and the London Ambulance service raced to Blossom Lane, Lavender Hill but no victim was at the scene.
Later a man aged in his 20s turned up at a nearby hospital, but he was pronounced dead at 2.21pm.
A post-mortem examination will take place at a later date. Police said they are working to trace the victim’s next of kin.
No arrests have been made.
