Why is my skin peeling on the same place on the pads of both of my thumbs?

Answer: It is a condition called pompholyx eczema which creates bubbles on the skin which then forms blisters and peels. It is always exactly symmetrical on both hands at the same time. It is related to stress, with sweat from hands triggering a reaction.
