How Listening To James Inspired One Caller's Wonderful Act Of Kindness

A few weeks ago, James paid for a man's train fare because he couldn't afford to go see his daughter. That inspired his listener Glen to do something very kind himself - this is that story.
Glen was taking a walk on the high street when he spotted an elderly man, shuffling along in shoes that were falling apart. Glen decided that instead of walking past, today was the day he would do something to help.
Had to pull over when listening to the story on @mrjamesob re the man who need trainers & the lovely girls at footlocker. Heartwarming!

It was what happened when he went into a nearby Foot Locker that left such an impression on Glen - and James.
The inspiration for his act of kindness? This call to James a few weeks back, which sparked the LBC presenter to do something he'd never done before.
@mrjamesob @LBC Bowled over by the Footlocker story. Loving the Plague of Positivity that is James O B.

"I don't know about you," said James after reading the story out. "But I needed something like that today."
